Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and is $6.95 flat rate, or free on orders $100+. Priority shipping takes 2–3 business days and is $12.95.
International orders
Whimsy&Flow ships to select countries. Costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
For a change of mind or incorrect size, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos within 7 days of receiving it.
Tracking
Once an order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
