Cold pressed silk is a delicate yet durable fabric. Treat with care to maintain its refined beauty and natural softness.

Dry Clean Recommended (best for preserving texture & structure)
For light cleaning: hand wash in cold water with silk-safe detergent
Do not soak, rub, or twist

Press gently with a towel to remove excess water
Lay flat to dry, away from sunlight
Do not tumble dry

Steam or iron inside out on low heat while slightly damp
Always use a press cloth

Travel Tips

Roll gently or fold loosely to reduce creases
Store in a breathable garment bag
Hang & steam lightly upon arrival

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

If you change your mind about a product or find that the size isn’t quite right, you may return it for an exchange or a credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
The return must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is inspected and photographed to ensure quality. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

To report a faulty or damaged item:

• Email us at whimsyandflow@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos showing the issue.

• Reports must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.

Return Details will be sent via email.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
