Return Policy
Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
If you change your mind about a product or find that the size isn’t quite right, you may return it for an exchange or a credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The return must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is inspected and photographed to ensure quality. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
To report a faulty or damaged item:
• Email us at whimsyandflow@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos showing the issue.
• Reports must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.
